We have quite a few wild turkeys living in our area.  One day I looked out my kitchen window and saw a whole flock of them. 

The toms were all doing their courtship ritual, with their tails fanned.  It was quite an impressive sight!  I had not thought of maikng a turkey quilt until someone else suggested it after I told her about seeing them. 

Delectable Mountains blocks make up the border and represent the hills (not mountains) where I live.
